Darryl was an excellent host for our Zoom Christmas cook off. He expertly guided us through chocolate fondants and beef massaman. With 50 people attempting to cook simultaneously on Zoom Darryl showed a lot of patience and provided clear instructions. We had a fabulous evening to celebrate our son’s 30th Birthday. The food prepared by Chef Gareth was excellent, he surpassed all our expectations and made the evening very memorable.
Everybody commented on the high standard of flavoursome cooking which we all enjoyed and was beautifully presented.
In addition we were well looked after at the table by Ben, making the evening a night to remember. We could relax with our family and friends while Chef Gareth was in charge of everything. This was top notch food and service.
